Hi Everyone,
Hope everyone is having a wonderful week. The trouble is they are going by much too fast for me. I would like them to slow down a bit. Well enough of that. This weeks challenge at Peachy Keen is to do anything you want in 3D and the theme is Weather. I decided to do a Shadow Box card that I saw on Splitcoast Stampers. I had this in my favorites to do for a long time and never did it. I thought this is the perfect opportunity to try it. So here goes.
It's a A2 sz. Card (4.25" x 5.5"). I used Bazzill cs for the back and pattern cs from DCWV Citrus Stack for the front. I die cut the middle of the front with a Spellbinders Die. Scored the sides at 1/2" and 1". I cut the grass from Plantin Schoolbook at 1.5". The boy and umbrella and accessoried were from Everday Paper Dolls and cut at 2". The clouds and rain are from Create a Critter and also cut at
2". I stamped the boys face with PK Stamp Everyday faces. I embossed the clouds and the grass with Swiss Dots. I tied a bow with bakers twine and added some buttons to each of the corners. Sentiment is from the computer.
Hope you like my 3D Weather card and if you like please leave a comment.
