Cricut Cardz Challenge #108 May Day

Good Evening my Crafty friends,

Hope you had a nice weekend. Too bad it's coming to an end. I really enjoyed the weather this weekend. It was in the low 80's and very pleasant. I wish the whole summer would be like this weekend was. Mary over at Cardz TV is having a May Day challenge. You can make a card or project in any color you want but it must have a flower on it cut from any cartridge.

For my card I used two oldies, Plantin Schoolbook and Accent Essential cartridges.
My base card is 5" x 5.5". The card stock is from Bassill in a yellowish orange color. My dotted orange mat is from Recollections. I cut the blue and green frame from Accent Essentials at 4". The orange & blue pattern paper is cut at 2" x 4.5" and is from Memory Keepers. The flowers & leaves were cut from Plantin Schoolbook.
Leaves 2.25", lge. flower 2.25", blue flower 2", flower in center is a punch. The smaller flowers were cut at 3/4" and 1/2".

Hope you like my card. Thanks so much for stopping by, I really appreciate it.

Peachy Challenge #17 Sketch

Hi Everyone,

Happy Tuesday to you. Hope everyone is having a good week so far.

For this weeks challenge at Peachy Keen is to follow a sketch. This is the card I made. It's an A2 sz. card. White cs is from Georgia Pacific and the red cs is Recollections from Michaels. The black cs and ribbon are from my stash. The duck is from Peachy Keen Country Bumpkins. I stamped him and colored him with my copics and cut him out and put an action wobble on him. (I just love action wobbles). The polka dot paper is also from Recollections.

That's my card for today. Hope you like it.

Hello Everyone,

Well the weekend is here already, time just flies by. My grandson is making his Communion tomorrow. Can't believe he is almost 8 yrs. already.

Mary at Cardz TV is having another Challenge for Mothers Day. It's called "There's no other like my Mother". You can make a card or project using any cartridge and any colors that you like. I chose the Walk In My Garden Cart. for my card today.

Base card is 4.25" x 5.5" in White cs from Bazzill. The green mat is also Bazzill cut at 4" x 5.25" and the lavendar dotted mat is from DCWV Nana's Nursary cut at
3.75" x 5". I cut the Hydragea from Walk in my Garden cart. at 5" and also cut extra flowers to layer on top of the original cut. I put diamond stickles on the pedals for added dimention. The sentiment was done on the computer. I also added a MS pearl and some ribbon from my stash.

Paper Crafters Makeover Monday Challenge

Hello My Crafty Friends,

Hope everyone is having a nice week so far. Hope your weather is better than mine here in Ny. We have had rain for the past few days. I know we need it, but enough is enough. For my card today I'm entering in the Paper Crafters Library Make Over Monday Challenge. I am also sending this to a friend of mine for her birthday. Hope she like it.

My card is a 5"x5" Square card - Black cs from Colorbok
Pink mat is 4.75" x 4.75" Mombo Melon from SU
Pattern Paper is 4.50" x 4.50" from Pooch & Sweetheart
Mombo Melson strip is 3/4" and I used black cs to cut the border (Treading Water)
The flower is a die cut from MCT new release Flower Pedal and the leaves are from the Quilling Die Daisy Kit from Cuttlebug. I added stickles on the flower edges and cut butterflies from the same paper paper and pop dotted them on the top of the same butterfly to add demention.

Hope you like my card and thanks for vising.
