SUMMER VACATION

Hi Everyone,

Sorry I haven't posted in a long while, but I have been upstate N.Y. at my summer house for most of the summer. I'm back and forth every few weeks. I haven't had a chance to make any cards, since I don't have any of my supplies up there and when I come home I'm only home for about two days and there isn't enough time. I probably won't be posting any cards until September. I have been enjoying my golf games though,LOL.

Hope you all have a nice summer. Enjoy, Anne

I made this card for my daughter-in-laws birthday. I got the direction on youtube and then after I got them Mary from Cardz TV showed a video on how to do it. Check out Marys blog and try one. Real easy to do. I just love this card.

Onzie Baby Card

Hello Everyone,

I came across the directions for this adorable onzie baby card on one of the blogs, but for the life of me I'm sure which one so I could give credit.

It's an A2 size card. You use a 1 3/4" punch to cut the neck and the legs and the same size scallop punch for the trimming. I just stamped Sweet Baby in the middle and added a tiny flower next to it.

Hope you like it. Thanks for visiting, Anne

40th Anniversary Card

This card was made for friends of ours for their 40th Wedding Anniversary. It measures 4 1/4x5 1/2" Lt. Blue Card Stock. The Brown mat is 4"x5 1/4". The pattern paper is 3 3/4" x 2". I cut the white strip across with a MS Hearts Punch and put brown dot ribbon around it. The scallop and plain ovals were cut from Storybook Cart. The sentiment was done on the computer. Thanks for looking.

CardzTV Challenge

This is my first challenge with Mary from CardzTV. I follow her blog everyday and love all the cards she makes. Thanks Mary for all the great ideas. This card is a 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" and the cardstock is from DCWV Sweets Mat Stack. The Gingerbread boy is a PK Stamp and I painted it with acrylic paints. The cupcake was cut from the Doodlecharm cart and was embossed with Swiss Dots on my cuttlebug. The scallop and plain oval were cut with Storybook cart. Hope you like my card.

Peachy Keen Challenge #43

I'm entering this card into the PK Challenge using the layout Kathy gave. The card measures 5 1/2"x6 1/2". I matted red cardstock over the white cardstock. The pattern paper is from my stash and the center stripe border is from DCWV Christmas Combo paper. I stamped the snowman and colored him with my copics and added two snowflake brads on each side. The sentiment was cut with my cricut from the Storybook cart. Also did some white stitching with my gel pen.
