EASTER PAIL

Hello Everyone,

I made this Easter Pail for my grandaughter for Easter, also did a blue one for my grandson also.  This was all done in vinyl on Cricut Explore Air.  I am so happy with this machine.  I love how it cuts the vinyl so perfectly.  I created this whole scene in Design Space, cut it out and here it is.

I am entering this pail in Cards TV  3-D Challenge.  Come over and join in the fun.

Hope everyone enjoys their Easter.

CRICUT EXPLORE AIR

Hi Everyone,

It's been ages since I posted anything.  I was away last summer and when I got back I was busy with my fair that I do every November, and then I was busy shopping for Christmas and decorating and getting ready for Christmas. I guess that no excuse, but hopefully I'll be back to post some projects real soon.

This is what I got for Christmas, boy was I surprised.  I just love the Explore. I'm been spending my time learning about the machine. My name and butterflies on the machine is the first vinyl piece I cut.  I think it came out pretty good for the first time cutting vinyl. I really like working with it.

Well that's about it for now and I'll be back with more projects.

Thanks for looking.

BUTTERFLY AND PEARLS CARD

Hello my crafty friends,

I have been seeing a lot of white on white cards lately and I have been wanting to try one.  So here is my take on white on white.

It an A2 size card in White Texture card stock.  I embossed the mat with the Darice Butterfly folder twice. One I cut out the Butterflies since I don't have a butterfly punch and glued them on each butterfly. I added the pearls and the ribbon and that was it.  Easy pease and very quick. I think it makes a beautiful wedding or shower card.

I am going to enter this card into the Sweet Stamps Challenge "Pearls"  HERE.  Come join in the fun.

PINK BIRDIE CARD

Hi Everyone,

Glad you stopped by today.  I made this cute birdie card today. I think this bird is so adorable and it also matches the pattern paper....it reminds me so much of spring.

My card measures 5.50" x 6" and the pattern paper is from Heidi Grace Designs. I cut the bird from create a critter at 2" and tulips at 2.25". The white mat behind him and his wing I ran through the cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots folder. The grass is cut from Plantin Schoolbook, and the fence is a Martha Stewart Punch.

I am entering this into the Sweet Stamps Blog for their Pink Challenge.  Come over and join in the fun.  http://sweetstampsblog.blogspot.com

RAIN RAIN GO AWAY CARD

Hello Everyone,

I made this card today for the Challenge over at Bitten By The Bug2. The theme of the challenge is "Rain".  We certainly had enough rain and snow this year.  It's time for some nice weather don't you think.

My card is an A2 sz. (4.25" x 5.5") Shadow Box card. Base cs is from Bazzill and the pattern paper is from DCWV Citrus Stack. I die cut the middle of the front w/a spellbinders die and scored the sides at 1/2" & 1". I cut the grass from Plantin Schoolbook at 1.5". The boy & umbrella and accessories were from Everyday Paper Dolls and cut at 2". The clouds and the rain were cut from Create A Critter and also cut at 2". I stamped the boys face with PK stamp Everday faces. I embossed the clouds and the grass w/Swiss Dots. I tied a bow with bakers twine and added some buttons to each of the corners. Sentiment is from the computer.

Thank you for stopping by and leaving such nice comments. I enjoy reading them all.

GIRL BIRTHDAY CARD

Hello Friends,

I'm running a little low on my birthday card stash, so I thought I would make one today,  This is a freebie digi stamp from http://www.lbbstamps.com.  Isn't she adorable.  I really love how this card came out.  I especially love the colors pink and green.

The base is White Cardstock A2 sz.
Pattern paper is from DCWV The Spring Mix 6x6 Pad
White mat was die cut with the Lawn Fawn Rectangle Stitch Die
I colored the girl with my copics
The ribbon was from my stash, I think from Michaels
The sentiment is a stamp from Cardz TV. I stamped the sentiment on white cardstock and used a 1.25" circle EK Success punch  and layered on the scallop pattern paper punched at 1.50"

I'm entering this card in the http://littlescrappieces.blogspot.com.  Come join us and have some fun.

Hope you like my little girl.  I really think she is so cute.  Thanks for stopping by and leaving such nice comments. I enjoy reading every one of them.

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are all doing well.  I made this card for Mothers Day (I'm trying to get a little ahead). I am usually so behind.  It just so happens that Bitten By The Bug 2 is having a flower challenge.  I'm going to enter this card into the challenge.  Come join in the fun.

Purple cardstock 4.25" x 5.50", White Mat 4" x 5.25", Blue pattern paper from Colorbok 3.75" x 5". I cut the Wheelbarrel at 1.50" from Walk in My Garden. The flowers were cut at 3/4" from Creat A Critter and the leaves are a MS Punch. The grass was cut from Plantin Schoolbook at 1" and the fence is also a MS Punch. I stickled the Wheelbarrel and put tiny pearls for the flower centers. The sentiment is from the computer (thought I had a stamp but I didn't LOL) and was cut from a EK Success punch.

SCENE CARD

Hello everyone,

Hope everyone is ready for Easter. I still have a few things to do yet, but I'm getting there.

My card today is a scene card. It's a A2 size card. The mat is some cloud pattern paper I had in my stash. The tree is an Darice Embossing folder that I colored with my copics. After I colored it I decided I wanted it to pop up so I fussy cut it and used foam tape on the back. I cut the bird cage from the April Showers cartridge. It's hung with Twine from the Twinery.  The grass is cut from Plantin Schoolbook Cart. The white fence is a Martha Stewart Punch.

I'm entering this card in the Die Cut Diva's "In The Garden" Challenge and Craftin Desert Diva's Linky "Anything Goes" Party.

I hope you like my card.  Thanks so much for leaving a comment, I really enjoy reading them.
