This card was made for friends of ours for their 40th Wedding Anniversary. It measures 4 1/4x5 1/2" Lt. Blue Card Stock. The Brown mat is 4"x5 1/4". The pattern paper is 3 3/4" x 2". I cut the white strip across with a MS Hearts Punch and put brown dot ribbon around it. The scallop and plain ovals were cut from Storybook Cart. The sentiment was done on the computer.
